Noemi Spagnoletti

I am interested in Animal Conservation, gender-biased development and science education. I was a postdoc and associate researcher at the Unit of Cognitive Primatology at the CNR - Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Technologies of Rome, Italy and Young Talent Research Fellow and BIOTA fellow at São Paulo University, Brazil. I have studied wild primates behaviour and ecology in collaboration with international projects. I am also interested in human-wildlife interaction and challenges for biodiversity conservation. On this topic I was Guest Editor of the Special Issue on Primates in Anthropogenic habitats published by the International Journal of Primatology in 2017. Nowadays, I am monitoring expert for the European LIFE programme (Nature and Biodiversity projects).
