Associate Professor at the Campus Centro Oeste da Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei (CCO/UFSJ), being responsible for the Clinical Hematology curricular unit in the Pharmacy course. Pharmacist/Clinical Analyst from the Federal University of Alfenas - UNIFAL (2000-2004), was a scholarship holder for Scientific Initiation by CNPq (2002-2003) at the Botany Laboratory of UNIFAL, Master (2004-2006) in Biosciences Applied to Pharmacy by FCFUSP ( Area: PHARMACY) and Doctorate (2007-2009) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UFMG (Area: PHARMACY). She is currently coordinator of the Laboratory of Clinical Hematology (LAHEM) at CCO / UFSJ. Guiding Professor of the Graduate Programs in Pharmaceutical Sciences - PPGCF (Master's - being a professor on the permanent staff of the team that founded the program at UFSJ), and in Health Sciences - PPGCS (Master's and Doctorate). She advises Scientific Initiation, Junior Scientific Initiation, Masters and Doctorate students. She was deputy director of the CCO (2013-2017), member of the collegiate of the undergraduate course in Pharmacy (2012-2014) and of the PPGCS (2019-2021), member of the Scientific Initiation Commission of UFSJ (2011-2012) and of the Steering Committee of the Research Fund of the Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at UFSJ (2021-2023). She is currently a member of the PPGCF board (2021-current). Maintains technical-scientific collaboration with researchers from teaching/research institutions in the country and abroad, such as UFMG and FIOCRUZ/MG, UFSJ itself and abroad: Maastricht University (Netherlands), where it carried out a technical visit (2013) financed by the CNPq, under the supervision of Dr. Tilman Hackeng, in the area of hemostasis. She has works published in national and international journals in the areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences. She has experience in the area of Clinical Hematology, working mainly on the following topics: hemostasis, focusing on biomarkers of the hypercoagulable state in diagnostic, epidemiological and therapeutic investigations of chronic non-communicable diseases.
