Possui graduação em Comunicação Social - Relações Públicas pela Universidade Federal do Amazonas (2004), graduação em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Amazonas (2016) e mestrado em Programa de Pós-Graduação Interdisciplinar em Ciências Humanas Mestrado pela Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (2018). Atualmente é subcoordenadora setorial de projetos sociais do Governo do Estado do Amazonas. Tem experiência na área de Ciência Política, com ênfase em Políticas Públicas

Viviane Alves da Silva Dutra works at the Sectoral Sub-Coordination of Social Projects-SSPS, of the Special Projects Management Unit - UGPE, linked to the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Metropolitan Region of the State of Amazonas. UGPE is responsible for the implementation of interventions such as the Igarapés Manaus Social and Environmental Program - PROSAMIM and the Maués Integrated Sanitation Program - PROSAIMAUES, both financed by the Inter-American Development Bank - IDB. With 13 years of experience in Public Policies and Social and Environmental Programs that require family resettlement and Technical Social Work before, during and after infrastructure works. Master in Humanities with emphasis in Theory, History and Criticism of Culture (2018) from the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program in Human Sciences - PPGICH from Amazonas State University - UEA, Graduated in Social Communication - Public Relations (2006) and Administration ( 2016), both from the Federal University of Amazonas, a researcher in the area of ​​resettlement and social and environmental projects. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Public Management at the Amazonas State University - UEA.
