Assistant Professor in the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute (MMMI) at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). He holds a PhD degree in Informatics from PUC-Rio, a master's degree in Computer Science from UFMG, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UFMS. He served as Postdoctoral fellow in the Software Engineering Laboratory (LabSoft) at UFMG and in the Software Analysis and Intelligence Lab (SAIL) of Queen's University at Kingston. He was a temporary professor at FACOM/UFMS. He briefly served as visiting researcher in Data Analysis at Newcastle University. He served as software engineering intern at Petrobras via Tecgraf Institute/PUC-Rio, GOVBR via LES/PUC-Rio, and SUS-MS via LEDES/UFMS. Research interests: experimentation in software engineering; software maintenance and evolution; and software measurement and quality.
