Graduation at Engenharia Industrial Elétrica from Universidade Gama Filho (1987) and master's at MESTRADO EM ECONOMIA E GESTÃO EMPRESARIAL from Universidade Candido Mendes (2015). Has experience in Electric Engineering, focusing on Electric Engineering. Doctor in Naval Sciences by the Naval War School of the Brazilian Navy (2017)
