Ielson Junquilho Freire

I have Civil Engineering Master at Federal Fluminense University (2013) and graduation in Work Engineering Safety (1995). I am mechanical engineering degree by Technical Educational Foundation Souza Marques (1990). I am graduated in Petrochemical Maintenance in the Federal Center of Education Technological from Bahia (1981) and I have graduation in mechanical technical by Federal School of the Bahia. I have over thirty years of experience in the areas of mechanical engineering and workplace safety, with emphasis on construction, maintenance and services, multidisciplinary team?s management in the sectors of oil and gas, mining, steel, thermoelectric, chemical and petrochemical, pulp and paper and food. He has extensive knowledge of inspection, nondestructive testing, NR-13 and assurance and quality control. He worked in international companies and large Multinationals, as SGS GROUP S.A., THE WELDING INSTITUTE, SGS BRAZIL, TWI, and PETROBRAS.In the P&D area he served in the research project of industry performance metrics at the Universidade Federal Fluminense in partnership with Petrobras and the CII (Construction Industry Institute) from 2008-2010. I went guest Professor for teaching in the PROMINP (National Industrial Mobilization Program of Oil and Natural Gas) from 2008-2014, in the disciplines of pipe, and Quality Inspection.

Mestre pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Civil da Universidade Federal Fluminense (2013). Possui Pós-Graduação em Engenharia e Segurança do Trabalho (1995), Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pela Fundação Técnico Educacional Souza Marques (1990), graduação em Manutenção Petroquímica pelo Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica da Bahia (1981) e graduação como Técnico em Mecânica pela Escola Técnica Federal da Bahia. Tem mais de trinta anos de experiência nas áreas de Engenharia Mecânica e de Segurança do Trabalho, com ênfase em Construção e Montagem, Manutenção e Prestação de Serviços, gerenciando equipes multidisciplinares nos segmentos de petróleo e gás, termoelétrico, siderúrgico, mineração, químico e petroquímico, papel e celulose e alimentício. Possui vasto conhecimento de Gestão de Empresas, Inspeção, Ensaios Não Destrutivos, NR-13 e Garantia e Controle da Qualidade, Segurança do Trabalho. Tendo atuado em Empresas Internacionais e Multinacionais de grande porte, como SGS GROUP S.A., THE WELDING INSTITUTE, SGS DO BRASIL, TWI BRASIL, e PETROBRAS.Em P&D atuou no projeto de pesquisa de Métricas de Desempenho da Indústria na Universidade Federal Fluminense em parceria com a Petrobras e o CII (Construction Industry Institute) entre 2008-2010. Professor convidado para ministrar aulas no PROMINP (Programa de Mobilização da Industrial Nacional de Petróleo e Gás Natural) entre 2008-2014, nas disciplinas de Tubulação, Inspeção e Qualidade.
