Consultant AD HOC MEC / INEP. He has experience in Business Management, especially in institutions of higher education, with an emphasis on the COSTS IN INSTITUTIONS OF SERVICES. Practical knowledge in the management and implementation of models of strategic planning and performance evaluation, taking interest in researching issues COSTS APPLIED TO PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS and QUALITY OF PUBLIC SPENDING.

Professor associado da Universidade de Brasília, Doutor em Contabilidade pela UnB com a tese UM MODELO DE CUSTO APLICADO AO SETOR PÚBLICO SOB A VISÃO DA ACCOUNTABILITY, Mestre em Contabilidade pela USP com a dissertação AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO EM EMPRESA DE SERVIÇO. Coordenador do projeto APPDI CNPQ UNB, Coordenador do projeto Sala de Gestão e Governança da Educação Básica implementando o sistema de custos e governança SICGESP em 3.238 municípios. Autor do modelo conceitual de custos para o setor público e das propriedades intelectuais(softwares) SICGESP e RECASP e do Know How PRÁTICAS DE ACCOUNTABILITY E GOVERNANÇA PARA UTILIZAÇÃO DA INFORMAÇÃO DE CUSTOS PARA O SETOR PÚBLICO, todos registrados no NIT da UnB e no INPI. Ganhador do Prêmio de Inovação Darcy Ribeiro na categoria "Transferência de tecnologia" com o maior número de transferências de tecnologias nos anos de 2020 e 2021 da Universidade de Brasília. Palestrante e professor de custos e governança pública em cursos de Pós-graduação. Ex-integrante da equipe de custos da STN- Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional.
