Coordinator of the MARIAS Group for gender research and extension, popular education and access to justice. Volunteer in the non-governmental organization CORDEL VIDA-PB. Has experience in the field of Human Rights, working mainly on the following themes: gender and law, violence against women, HIV / AIDS, public health, social control and access to justice

Possui graduação em Direito, mestre em Ciências Jurídicas na área de concentração em Direitos Humanos pela UFPB. Doutora pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Estudos Interdisciplinares sobre Mulheres, Gênero e Feminismo - PPGNEIM/UFBA. Coordenadora do eixo gênero e saúde do Centro de Referência em Direitos Humanos da UFPB. Coordenadora do Grupo MARIAS de extensão e pesquisa em gênero, educação popular e acesso à justiça. Voluntária na organização não governamental CORDEL VIDA-PB. Tem experiência na área de Direitos Humanos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: gênero e direito, violência contra as mulheres, hiv/aids, saúde pública, controle social e acesso à justiça.
