Igor Matheus Santana Chaves

Doutorando e Mestre (2019) em Planejamento e Gestão do Território pela Universidade Federal do ABC (PGT/UFABC), atuando nas linhas de pesquisas sobre Métodos e técnicas no Planejamento e Gestão do Território e Dinâmicas territoriais. Atualmente, realiza estágio de pesquisa no exterior no laboratório Urbanism Territorial Dynamics (URBinLAB), do Centro de Investigação em Arquitetura, Urbanismo e Design (CIAUD), sediado na Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa (FA-ULisboa), sendo bolsista da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP), processos n. 2021/09660-0 e 2022/16640-8. Foi pesquisador associado do projeto temático "Governança Ambiental da Macrometrópole Paulista face à variabilidade climática (MacroAmb - FAPESP 2015/03804-9). Foi pesquisador associado ao projeto GOVERNAGUA:Transformando a governança da água na América do Sul: da reação à adaptação e antecipação (2019-2022), promovido pelo SARAS-Institute e financiado pelo Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI).Possuí bacharelado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade de Sorocaba (2016). Membro do Laboratório de Planejamento Territorial (LaPLAN), e dos grupos de pesquisa Campo do planejamento territorial e Território e natureza: planejamento e gestão, ambos credenciados ao CNPq. Também faz parte da Secretaria Executiva da Revista Ambiente Sociedade e do Caderno Diálogos Socioambientais como editor. Também é representante do (PGT/UFABC) na Asociación Latinoamericana de Escuelas de Urbanismo y Planificación (ALEUP).Atua com os seguintes temas da pesquisa: Teoria do Planejamento; Métodos e Técnicas no Planejamento e Gestão do Território; Dinâmicas Territoriais; Patrimônio Cultural; Governança Metropolitana; Educação, Cultura e Artes. PhD student by the Graduate Program in Territory Planning and Management at the Federal University of ABC, with research focused on the theory of Territorial Planning. He is also an Associate Researcher for the thematic project "Environmental Governance of the Macrometrópole Paulista due to climatic variability" (FAPESP 2015 / 03804-9); researcher at the Sudamericano Institute for Studies on Resiliency and Sustainability, as part of the Brazil team; member of the Executive Secretariat in Revista Ambiente Sociedade and Editor of the Socio-Environmental Dialogues section of the Macrometrópole Paulista, and representative of the PGT / UFABC at the Asociación Latinoamericana de Escuelas de Urbanismo y Planificación (ALEUP), with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Sorocaba (2016) and a master's in Planning and Territory Management by the Federal University of ABC (2019), with an emphasis on issues related to the dynamics of cultural heritage and its relationship with the territory. She works in planning consultancy. She was a member of NEP (Center for Studies and Research) at the Traffic Secretariat. and Citizenship of Itapetininga and member of the Cultural Policy Council of the same municipality, in ca of Memory and Heritage.
