Graduado em Medicina pela Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu - Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - Unesp (2006), onde também concluiu residências Médicas em Cirurgia Geral (2009) e em Cirurgia Pediátrica (2012), formou-se doutor pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Patologia (2012) e concluiu livre docência em cirurgia pediátrica (2019). Possui Título de Especialista em Cirurgia Pediátrica (2014) e é membro da Associação Brasileira de Cirurgia Pediátrica (CIPE) e membro titular do Colégio Brasileiro de Cirurgiões (CBC). Professor Associado na Disciplina de Cirurgia Pediátrica do Departamento de Cirurgia e Ortopedia na Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu, Unesp. Participa como orientador do Programa de Mestrado Profissional associado à Residência Médica (MEPAREM) e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Bases Gerais da Cirurgia da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu, Unesp, atuando principalmente na linha de pesquisa "distúrbios da atividade motora do aparelho digestivo" com ênfase nas doenças do sistema nervoso entérico. Foi coordenador do Conselho de Residência Médica da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu - UNESP (2017-2021). É líder do grupo de pesquisa Aspectos epidemiológicos, genéticos, morfológicos e terapêuticos das doenças pediátricas do trato gastrointestinal". Atualmente é vice-diretor da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu (período 2023-2027).
Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu - São Paulo State University - Unesp (2006), where he also completed medical residencies in General Surgery (2009) and in Pediatric Surgery (2012), he graduated with a doctorate from the Postgraduate Program in Pathology (2012) and completed an associate professor title in pediatric surgery (2019). He holds the Title of Specialist in Pediatric Surgery (2014) and is a member of the Brazilian Association of Pediatric Surgery (CIPE). He is a member of the Brazilian College of Surgeons. He holds the Associate Professor in the Discipline of Pediatric Surgery Department of Surgery and Orthopedics at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu, Unesp. Participates as advisor of the Professional Master's Program associated with Medical Residency (MEPAREM) and of the Postgraduate Program in Surgery and Translational Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu, Unesp, working mainly in the line of research "disorders of the motor activity of the digestive system " with an emphasis on diseases of the enteric nervous system. He was the coordinator of the Medical Residency Council of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu-UNESP (2017-2021). He is leader of the research group "Epidemiological, genetic, morphological and therapeutic aspects of pediatric diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.". He is currently the deputy director of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu (2023-2027 period).
