Fabio Staude

Engenheiro Mecânico pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (1994), MBA pela FGV (1998), mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (2003) e doutor em Ciência da Informação pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) / Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT) (2014). Em 2012/2013, realizou doutorado sanduíche no Science and Technology Policy Research / SPRU, na Universidade de Sussex, em Brighton/Inglaterra. Foi Chefe da Divisão de Planejamento e Projetos Estratégicos, Coordenador Geral de Infraestrutura, Coordenador Geral de Planejamento e Avaliação e Assessor na Diretoria de Radioproteção e Segurança Nuclear na Comissão Nacional de Energia Nuclear (CNEN) e Gerente Executivo do Programa Nacional de Atividades Nucleares (PNAN). No Instituto de Engenharia Nuclear (IEN/CNEN), foi Chefe da Divisão de Gestão e Infraestrutura de abril de 2014 à junho de 2016. Está como Diretor em exercício do IEN desde junho de 2016.

Mechanical Engineer from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1994), MBA from FGV (1998), Master in Production Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University (2003) and PhD in Information Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) / Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT) (2014). In 2012/2013, he completed a sandwich doctorate at Science and Technology Policy Research / SPRU, at the University of Sussex, in Brighton/England. He was Head of the Planning and Strategic Projects Division, General Coordinator of Infrastructure, General Coordinator of Planning and Evaluation and Advisor to the Directorate of Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety at the National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN) and Executive Manager of the National Program of Nuclear Activities (PNAN ). At the Institute of Nuclear Engineering (IEN/CNEN), he was Head of the Management and Infrastructure Division from April 2014 to June 2016. He has been the Director of IEN since June 2016.
