Bachelor's at Veterinary Medicine from University of Murcia, Spain (2006); Master's at Biotechnology of Animal Reproduction from University of Murcia, Spain (2007); Doctorate at Medicine and Animal Reproduction from University of Murcia, Spain (2012) and Postdoctoral researcher position in University of Calgary, Canada (2013). Has experience in the area of handling and manipulating mammalian oocytes and embryos, including to carry out in vitro fertilization, cryopreservation of embryos, embryo recovery, deep intrauterine insemination in the sow, porcine management, standard semen evaluation, homologous in vitro penetration test to evaluate the fertilizing ability of boar sperm, pregnancy diagnosis by ultrasonography, cell culture techniques, and handling of confocal microscopy and Eppendorf micro manipulator, molecular and cellular techniques including Inmunohistochesmistry, Western blotting, RNA-DNA isolation, PCR, real-time PCR and microarrays technologies in different species.
