Roger Spano Nakagawa

Graduated in Law from the University of Ribeirão Preto (2000). Master of Collective Rights and Citizenship at the University of Ribeirão Preto (2014). Fellow former state development agency (CAPES) in PROSUP mode. Former member of the editorial board of Paradigm Magazine, a publication linked to the Master's degree in Law, University of Ribeirão Preto (2012/2013). Experience in the field of law and teaching in preparatory courses in various disciplines of law. Attorney specialized and member of the Collective Rights and Citizenship Commission of the 12th Sub-section, of the Bar Association of Ribeirão Preto.

Possui graduação em DIREITO pela Universidade de Ribeirão Preto (2000) e mestrado em Direitos Coletivos e Cidadania pela Universidade de Ribeirão Preto (2014). Atualmente é professor presencial e ead - CENTRAL DE CURSOS PROFESSOR PIMENTEL. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: direito coletivos, direitos coletivos, biodiversidade, consultas prévias e culturas tradicionais.
