Camila Magalhães Nélsis

Assistente Social graduada pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Especialista em Gestão Ambiental, Mestre pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Serviço Social da UFSC e Doutoranda do mesmo Programa. Integrante do Núcleo de Estudos Interdisciplinar Sociedade, Família e Políticas Sociais (NISFAPS) da UFSC. Atualmente licenciada da Secretaria de Estado de Assistência Social e Família de Santa Catarina (SAS/SC) para dedicar-se ao Doutorado, pesquisando sobre cuidados e serviços de alta complexidade do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS) destinados às pessoas com deficiência. Na SAS/SC esteve vinculada à Gerência de Proteção Social Especial de Alta Complexidade do SUAS, foi Diretora de Assistência Social, Gerente da Rede SUAS e Vice-Presidente do Conselho Estadual de Assistência Social. Já esteve em outros cargos públicos e na iniciativa privada como assistente social. Utiliza-se desta bagagem para prestar eventuais consultorias nas áreas de Meio Ambiente (Estudos de Impacto Ambiental), Habitação, Planejamento e Infraestrutura Urbana (Plano Diretor Participativo, Macrodrenagem e Saneamento Ambiental) e Clima Organizacional.

Social worker graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Specialist in Environmental Management, Master by the Graduate Program in Social Work at UFSC and Doctoral student in the same Program. Member of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies on Society, Family and Social Policies (NISFAPS) at UFSC. Currently on leave from the Santa Catarina State Secretariat for Social Assistance and Family (SAS/SC) to dedicate herself to her Doctorate, researching on highly complex care and services of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS) for people with disabilities. At SAS/SC, she was linked to the Special High Complexity Social Protection Management of SUAS, was Director of Social Assistance, Manager of the SUAS Network and Vice-President of the State Social Assistance Council. She has held other public positions and in the private sector as a social worker. This background is used to provide occasional consultations in the areas of the Environment (Environmental Impact Studies), Housing, Urban Planning and Infrastructure (Participatory Master Plan, Macro Drainage and Environmental Sanitation) and Organizational Climate.
