Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of ABC (FMABC-1982), Master's degree from FMUSP, Doctor from UNIFESP. Currently Professor of the Department of Neurosciences, FMABC. Founder and Coordinator of National Web of Medical Students Counselling Services. Was Coordinator Professor of the Brazilian Association of Medical Education - Regional São Paulo. Was a member of the Congregation, of the Collegiate Course of Medicine and of the Nucleus of Teaching Development. He was President of the Teachers Association of FMABC and member of the Board of Trustees (FUABC). He was a member of the Interdisciplinary Technical Chamber on Violence in Medical Schools of CREMESP (CAMTIVEM). He is the founder and supervisor of NUBEM (Nucleus of the Well-being of the Student), and of the Nucleus of Attendance to the Employees of the State Hospital of Education Mário Covas, working mainly in the following subjects: Medicine, Psychiatry, stress, depression, anxiety, burnout, especially among students Of medicine.
Possui graduação em Medicina pela Faculdade de Medicina do Abc (1982), mestrado em Psiquiatria pela Universidade de São Paulo (2003) e doutorado em Psiquiatria e Psicologia Médica pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2009). Atualmente é membro da camara tecnica interdisciplinar do Conselho Regional de Medicina do Estado de São Paulo, membro do conselho e da comissão da Comissão de Acreditação do Sistema de Acreditação de Escolas Médicas, coordenador docente regional são paulo da Associação Brasileira de Educação Médica, conselheiro da Associação Brasileira de Educação Médica, médico coordenador do Hospital Estadual Mário Covas, pós-graduando da Universidade Federal de São Paulo e professor da faculdade de medicina do abc da Faculdade de Medicina do Abc. Tem experiência na área de Medicina, com ênfase em Psiquiatria, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: ansiedade, depressão, síndrome de burnout, educação médica e saúde mental.
