Hilana Bezerra Moura Frota

Acting as an engineer at the head of the commercial sector of the XSEG Engenharia Group (Atual-2018), also performing activities focused on metrology, elaboration and implementation of occupational health and safety policy, diagnosing the OSH situation of institutions and identifying control variables diseases, accidents, quality of life and the environment. Developing educational actions in the area of ​​health and safety at work and integrating negotiation processes. Playing the position of professor and professor of Internship of the Technical Course in Industrial Automation at the State School of Professional Education Juarez Távora (Actual - 2014), she served as a teacher of the Technical Course in Oil and Gas at the State School of Professional Education Juarez Távora (2014 - 2013), worked as a Chemistry teacher at the State School of Professional Education of Itaitinga (2013-2012) and in the area of ​​Work Safety at the company Unimed Fortaleza. Studying specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering at the University of Fortaleza (2020 - 2018) and Lato Sensu post-graduation in Industrial Automation Engineering at the Candido Mendes University (2020-2017). Studying a technical course in Environment at CEPEP-Escola Técnica. He has an Academic Master's Degree in Natural Resources (MARENA) from the State University of Ceará (2016) - focusing on the use of Natural Resources, an MBA in Oil and Gas from the Mentoring Institute and a degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the University of Fortaleza (2017) . She also graduated in the undergraduate course in Chemistry from the State University of Ceará (2011) and in the Technical course in Workplace Safety from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (2008). He was a Scientific Initiation student in the environmental area at the University of Fortaleza (2017). As a researcher, working mainly on the following themes: Sands, Geochemistry, Heavy Metals and Tiered Materials for the purposes of environmental treatment of Oil and Gas. Encapsulation of hierarchical pharmaceutical materials. Biological physico-chemical analyzes and prospecting of Biopolymers, with a focus on Galactomannans extracted from the species "Delonix regia" .And in the segments of environmental and occupational metrology, together with projects of Environmental / Sanitary Engineering and Work Safety / Occupational Hygiene.

Atuando como engenheira técnica do Grupo XSEG Engenharia(Atual-2018),executando atividades voltadas à metrologia, elaboração e implementação da política de saúde e segurança do trabalho, realizando diagnóstico da situação de SST de instituições e identificando variáveis de controle de doenças, acidentes, qualidade de vida e meio ambiente. Desenvolvendo ações educativas na área de saúde e segurança do trabalho e integrando processos de negociação. Fazendo parte do corpo docente do Curso de Segurança do Trabalho- Mediotec (Novos Caminhos )/ Pronatec - FUNECE/UECE- Universidade Estadual do Ceará( Atual - 2020).
Desempenhando o cargo de professora e professora Orientadora de Estágio do Curso técnico em Automação Industrial na Escola Estadual de Ensino Profissional Juarez Távora (Atual - 2014), atuou como professora do Curso técnico em Petróleo e Gás na Escola Estadual de Ensino Profissional Juarez Távora (2014 - 2013), atuou como professora de Química na Escola Estadual de Ensino Profissional de Itaitinga(2013-2012) e na área de Segurança do Trabalho na empresa Unimed Fortaleza. 
Cursando especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho pela Universidade de Fortaleza (2020 - 2018) e Pós-graduação Lato Sensu em Engenharia de Automação Industrial pela Universidade Candido Mendes (2020-2017). Cursando curso de nível Técnico em Meio Ambiente pelo CEPEP-Escola Técnica. Possui Mestrado Acadêmico em Recursos Naturais (MARENA) pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2016)- tendo como área de concentração aproveitamento de Recursos Naturais, MBA em Petróleo e Gás pelo Instituto Mentoring e graduação em Engenharia Ambiental e Sanitária pela Universidade de Fortaleza (2017). Também é formada no curso de graduação em Química pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2011) e no curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (2008).
Foi estudante de Iniciação Científica na área ambiental pela Universidade de Fortaleza(2017). Sendo pesquisadora, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Areias,Geoquímica, Metais pesados e Materiais hierarquizados com fins de tratamento ambiental de Petróleo e Gás. Encapsulamento de materiais fármacos hierarquizados.Análises físico-químicas biológicas e de prospecção de Biopolímeros, com foco em Galactomananas extraidas da espécia "Delonix regia".E nos segmentos de metrologia ambiental e ocupacional, junto a projetos de Engenharia Ambiental/Sanitária e de Segurança do Trabalho/Higiene Ocupacional.
