Willer Luciano Carvalho

Degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Goiás (1999), a specialization in Planning and Management of Water Resources (UFG), a Master's in Transport from the University of Brasília (2004) and a PhD in Transport from the University of Brasília (2011). He worked professionally as a transport engineer at the Metropolitan Company of Public Transport of the Metropolitan Region of Goiânia - CMTC, as a manager of the rural school transport project at the Human Resources Training Center in Transport at the University of Brasília - CEFTRU/UNB, as a senior engineer at the Special Secretariat for Ports of the Presidency of the Republic - SEP, and as coordinator of the project for the student cost of rural school transport in Brazil at the Tocantins Technological and Scientific Support Foundation. He currently works as Associate Professor of the undergraduate course in Transport Engineering at the Federal University of Goiás, is a professor of the professional master's degree PROFIAP-UFG, Coordinator of the Collaborating Center for Didactic Material and Support for Educational Practice - CEPLI-UFG, in partnership with the FNDE, and Coordinator of the Collaborating Center for Support to School Transport ? CECATE-UFG, also in partnership with the FNDE. He has experience in the field of Transport Planning, Transport Engineering, Interstate Passenger Transport, Urban Public Transport, Rural School Transport and Logistics.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (1999), especialização em Planejamento e Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos (UFG), mestrado em Transportes pela Universidade de Brasília (2004) e doutorado em Transportes pela Universidade de Brasília (2011). Atuou profissionalmente como engenheiro de transportes na Companhia Metropolitana de Transportes Públicos da Região Metropolitana de Goiânia - CMTC, como gerente do projeto de transporte escolar rural no Centro de Formação de Recursos Humanos em Transportes da Universidade de Brasília - CEFTRU/UNB, como engenheiro sênior na Secretaria Especial de Portos da Presidência da República - SEP, e como coordenador do projeto do custo aluno do transporte escolar rural no Brasil na Fundação de Apoio Tecnológico e Científico do Tocantins. Atualmente atua como Professor Associado do curso de graduação em Engenharia de Transportes, da Universidade Federal de Goiás, é professor do mestrado profissionalizante PROFIAP-UFG, Coordenador do Centro Colaborador em Material Didático e de Apoio à Prática Educativa ? CEPLI-UFG, parceria com o FNDE, e Coordenador do Centro Colaborador de Apoio ao Transporte Escolar ? CECATE-UFG, também em parceria com o FNDE. Tem experiência na área de Planejamento de Transporte, Engenharia de Transportes, Transporte Interestadual de Passageiros, Transporte Coletivo Urbano, Transporte Escolar Rural e Logística.
