Born in Rio de Janeiro / RJ, on 02/01/1961. He has a Master's Degree in Education (UNISAL / SP), specializing in Quality Engineering (FAENQUIL / EEL - USP), Computing (FAENQUIL / EEL - USP) and Security Engineering Labor - partial (UNESP / FEG). He is a Chemical Industrial Engineer (FAENQUIL / EEL - USP). He has 35 years of academic experience, covering the areas of Chemistry, Logistics, Quality, Technical Standardization, Business Management, Foreign Trade, English, Workplace Safety and Management, Theology. As a teacher, he has extensive experience in Postgraduate courses, Higher and Secondary Education, at the following educational institutions: FAENQUIL / EEL - USP (1994 - 2015); FASF - VR / RJ (2009 - 2020), where, in addition to being a Professor, he is also Coordinator of the Higher Course in Logistics Technology; UGB / FERP (2008 - 2020); UNITAL / SP (2002/2003); Methodist University of São Paulo / SP (2004/2005); FIRJAN / SENAI (2010 - 2016), where he also served as Coordinator of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment - PRONATEC; Instituto Santa Teresa (1986 - 1989); Educational Activities Triangle (1987); SENAC / RJ (2007); INSTITUTO CULTURAL BRASIL / EUA - ICBEU (1990 - 1992); FISK SCHOOLS (1983 - 1985). He has about 20 years of Professional Experience as an Engineer, where he worked in Industrial Corporations, such as: ORICA BRASIL LTDA - Australian Multinational, world leader in the mining explosives market (5 years) - General Directorate / Headquarters (Export Analyst - Department of Foreign Trade) and IMBEL / Industry of Military Material of Brazil - State-bound to the Ministry of Defense (15 years) - Industrial Directorate / Headquarters (Technical Consultant; Technological Development Advisor); Commercial Directorate / Headquarters (Manager of the Commercial Department); Factory 1 / Branch (Head of the Standards and Archives Section - Engineering Department). In 1987, he won 1st place in the Study Group Exchange - IGE / Rotary International, representing District 560 - Brazil, as ambassador, in the USA / Oregon and California - District 511. On that occasion, he personally visited "Rotary Clubs" , Churches, Parks, Restaurants, Diners, Shopping Centers, Shops, Museums, Football Field, Universities Campus, City Halls, Companies, Schools, Bookstores, Libraries, Hospitals, Gardens, Beaches, Forests, Islands, Safaris , Clubs, Laboratories, in addition to being interviewed by the "Herald and News" (Klamath Falls City Journal / Oregon), as well as having lived with several American families, in their homes. Trained in the SAP program, in the City of Monclova - State of Coahuila / Mexico (2001).
