Pesquisador do Programa de Transferência de Armamentos e Gastos Militares do Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). Pesquisador do Grupo de Estudos de Defesa e Segurança Internacional (GEDES). Doutor em Relações Internacionais pelo Programa de PPGRI Santiago Dantas (UNESP-UNICAMP-PUC/SP). Desenvolvo pesquisa sobre Economia de Defesa e Militarização na América do Sul. Atualmente, minha pesquisa investiga a interação entre instituições, transições políticas s e gastos militares.

Ph.D. in International Relations at the San Tiago Dantas Programme (UNESP-UNICAMP-PUC/SP). I'm intereste in Defense Economics and MIlitarization in South America. I'm an Associate Researcher with the Arms Trade and Military Expenditures Programme at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) and with the Group of International Security and Defense Studies (GEDES). I'm also a member of the Global Campaign on Military Spending (GCOMS).
