Member of the editorial board of the Journal of Law of the University of Brasília (UnB) (2022). Advisory member of the Committee on Sexual and Gender Diversity of the OAB-CE. Participates in the National LGBTI+ Alliance. Graduated in Law from Faculdade Cearense (FaC) (2013). He currently works at the General Internal Affairs Office of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Legal Advisor to the Vice Presidency of the Regional Electoral Court of Ceará (TRE-CE). Former civil servant of the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará (TJ-CE). Associated with the National Council for Research and Graduate Studies in Law (CONPEDI), the Brazilian Institute of Family Law (IBDFAM), the Brazilian Association of Distance Education (ABED) and the Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science (SBPC). He has experience in the field of law, working mainly on the following topics: Electoral and Political Law and Homoaffective and Gender Law.

Servidor na assessoria jurídica da Vice-Presidência do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Ceará (TRE-CE). Ex-servidor do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Ceará (TJ-CE). Associado ao Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Direito (CONPEDI), ao Instituto Brasileiro de Direito de Famílias (IBDFAM), à Associação Brasileira de Educação a Distância (ABED) e à Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência (SBPC). Tem experiência na área do Direito, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Direito Eleitoral e Político e Direito Homoafetivo e de Gênero.
