Lucia Helena Vieira

Doutora em Geociência Marinha - Leibniz-Institut für Meereswissenschaften - GEOMAR (Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel), Alemanha. Possui graduação em Bacharelado em Física pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2006) e mestrado em Tecnologia Nuclear pelo Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares (2011). Tem experiência na área de biogeoquímica marinha, com ênfase em análise de metais traço e radioisótopos no oceano, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: regiões polares, sistema Benguela de ressurgência, metais traço, isótopos naturais de rádio e tório.

PhD in Marine Geoscience - Leibniz-Institut für Meereswissenschaften - GEOMAR (Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research Kiel), Germany. I am graduated in Bachelor of Physics from the Federal University of São Carlos (2006) and have a master in Nuclear Technology from the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research (2011).I have experience in marine biogeochemistry, focusing on analysis of trace metals and radioisotopes in the ocean, and acting on the following subjects: polar regions, Benguela resurgence system, trace metals, natural radio and thorium isotopes.
