Felipe Kupka Feliciano

Felipe Kupka Feliciano is a doctoral student and master in Engineering and Knowledge Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC, specialized in Project Management by the Dom Alberto Higher Education Center, and graduated in Technology in Public Management by the iUniversidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL (2015). I have experience in the area of ​​People Management, with an emphasis on Knowledge Management. I am a researcher in the area of ​​Organizational Knowledge Management, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship, Innovation, and People Management. He works as a content teacher of didactic and instructional material for the company Delinea Tecnologia Educacional. e acts as a member of the Innovation Research Group in Science and Technology - Comovi - UFSC / CNPq. Researcher at the Transport and Logistics Laboratory at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). He is the author of book chapters and articles in the annals of events and periodicals. He has experience in the Administration area, with emphasis on the themes: entrepreneurship, innovation and management.

Felipe Kupka Feliciano é doutorando e mestre em Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina - UFSC, especialista em Gestão de Projetos pelo Centro de Ensino Superior Dom Alberto, e graduado em Tecnologia em Gestão Pública pela Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL (2015). Possuo experiência na área de Gestão de Pessoas, com ênfase em Gestão do Conhecimento. Sou pesquisador na área de Gestão do Conhecimento Organizacional, Comportamento Organizacional, Metodologias Ágeis, Empreendedorismo, Intraempreendedorismo, Inovação, e Gestão de Pessoas. Atuo como professor conteudista de material didático e instrucional para a empresa Delinea Tecnologia Educacional. Atua como membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Inovação em Ciência e Tecnologia - Comovi - UFSC/CNPq. Pesquisador do Laboratório de Transporte e Logística da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). É autor de capítulos de livros e artigos em anais de eventos e periódicos
