Civil Engineer (UNESP), Master of Science (USP) and MBA in Social and Environmental Management (FIA/USP), he has been working for over 35 years in the field of engineering and energy, where he acquired extensive experience in the planning and construction of large-scale projects. and in the areas of regulation and research and development. With stints at Sabesp and CESP, leading companies in their segments, and in the public sector as Undersecretary of Renewable Energies of the State of São Paulo and Director of Social Policies and Access to Electric Energy at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, actively participating in the discussion of relevant topics with executive and legislative powers, regulatory bodies, the system operator, commercialization chamber, sectoral associations and research and development institutions, in addition to giving several lectures in Brazil and abroad on renewable energies, technological innovations and related topics.

Engenheiro Civil (UNESP), Mestre em Ciências (USP) e com MBA em Gestão Socioambiental (FIA/USP), atua há mais de 35 anos na área de engenharia e energia, onde adquiriu vasta experiência no planejamento e construção de empreendimentos de grande porte e nas áreas de regulação e pesquisa e desenvolvimento. Com passagens pela Sabesp e CESP, empresas líderes em seus segmentos, e no setor público como Subsecretário de Energias Renováveis do Estado de São Paulo e Diretor de Políticas Sociais e do Acesso à Energia Elétrica no Ministério de Minas e Energia, participando ativamente na discussão de temas de relevância junto aos poderes executivos e legislativos, órgãos reguladores, operador do sistema, câmara de comercialização, associações setoriais e instituições de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, além de ministrar várias palestras no Brasil e exterior sobre energias renováveis, inovações tecnológicas e temas afins.
