Vitor obtained a mechanical engineering degree at the Federal University of Uberlandia (2005-2010). During graduation, he participated in a Petrobras multiphase flow project. At Chemtech Siemens, he worked in structural and fluid mechanics simulations, the oil and gas industry technical definition and cost estimation, and software development (2011-2012). He obtained a master's degree at UFU, where he participated in a Petrobras combustion project (2013-2015). Following a period as a professor of Information System and Computer Engineering at the University of Minas Gerais State, he obtained a doctorate at UFU while working on a Petrobras multiphase flow project (2016-2020). During his doctorate, he entered the world of entrepreneurship and data science by founding a Startup accelerated by Samsung. He also worked as the technical and managerial leader of his social entrepreneurship project with a small part-time team. He was an artificial intelligence specialist at Stefanini, after a year as a data scientist at the same company (2021-2022).
