Haroldo Luiz Nogueira da Silva

Master of Science (MSc) and PhD in Energy at the Federal University of ABC (2013, 2019), Electrical Engineer at Presbyterian Mackenzie University (2002), is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) member of the Association of Energy Engineers, he is a research in energy efficiency in buildings. He works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo (FATEC) in the Construction Building Technology course and also in free courses at the Academy of Engineering and Architecture and A & F Partner Consulting providing training in the areas of Operation Management and Maintenance, and Energy Efficiency in the Operation of Commercial Projects, and as project coordinator in the Paula Souza Center, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the energy management plan of the buildings of his portfolio, which includes Etecs, Fatecs and administrative buildings. He has extensive experience in the area of ​​maintenance and operation of buildings, operating in mission critical environments and large commercial buildings. It also works with energy efficiency consulting and commissioning of LEED certified building installations, and Energy Performance Measurement and Verification plans according to international protocol.

Mestre e Doutor em Energia pela Universidade Federal do ABC (2013, 2019), Engenheiro Eletricista pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2002), possui certificação internacional CMVP (Certified Measurement and Verification Professional), membro da Association of Energy Engineers, tem como linha de pesquisa eficiência energética em edificações. Atua como docente na Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo (FATEC) no curso de Tecnologia em Construção de Edifícios e também em cursos livres de extensão na Academia de Engenharia e Arquitetura e A&F Partner Consulting ministrando treinamentos nas áreas de Gestão de Operação e Manutenção, e Eficiência Energética na Operação de Empreendimentos Comerciais, e como coordenador de projetos no Centro Paula Souza, onde é responsável pelo desenvolvimento e implantação do plano de gestão energética das edificações seu portfólio, o que engloba Etecs, Fatecs e prédios administrativos. Possui ampla experiência na área de manutenção e operação de edificações, com atuação em ambientes de missão crítica e edifícios comerciais de grande porte. Atua também com consultoria em eficiência energética e comissionamento de instalações prediais para certificação LEED, e planos de Medição e Verificação de Performance Energética conforme protocolo internacional.
