Oficial da Reserva da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo, no posto de Coronel, exerceu o cargo de Superintendente da Caixa Beneficente da Polícia Militar do Estado entre os meses de julho de 2015 a janeiro de 2020, ocasião em que coordenou os trabalhos da equipe para a reforma institucional da Autarquia, culminando com a reforma legislativa das normas que regem atualmente o Órgão.A Caixa Beneficente da Polícia Militar é o primeiro órgão previdenciário do Brasil e atualmente responsável pela gestão do regime de assistência médico hospitalar dos beneficiários dos policiais militares do Estado de São Paulo, através de termo de parceria realizado com a Associação Cruz Azul de São Paulo;Tem também a incumbência de gerir o regime de assistência jurídica destinado ao policial militar, sendo essa mais uma conquista do período de gestão.
