Doutora em Administração pela Universidade de São Paulo, FEA USP, 2012. Mestre em Administração pela Universidade de São Paulo, FEA RP USP, 2007. Graduada em Administração pela Universidade Federal de Lavras, UFLA, 2005. Atualmente é diretora do Programa de Pós-graduação em Administração da Universidade Nove de Julho, PPGA UNINOVE (conceito 6 na última avaliação quadrienal da CAPES), e professora dos cursos de Mestrado e Doutorado em Administração, Linha de Inovação, Empreendedorismo e Negócios Sustentáveis (IEN). Também na UNINOVE é professora do curso de Graduação em Administração, preside o Comitê Local de Acompanhamento e Avaliação (CLAA) do Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) e integra o Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Foi Coordenadora do Curso de Graduação em Administração da UNINOVE, 2010-2014. É integrante da Comissão Organizadora do SINGEP CIK, evento internacional promovido pela UNINOVE em parceria com a Bentley University (EUA). É editora chefe do International Journal of Innovation (IJI), editora associada do Innovation Management Review (IMR) e editora associada do IEEE Engineering Management Review. É líder do Tema de Inovação e Transformação Digital em Organizações de Mercados Emergentes da Divisão Acadêmica Inovação, Tecnologia e Empreendedorismo (ITE) da ANPAD. Lidera o Tema Gestão Socioambiental e Inovação do EMPRAD (USP). Integra o comitê científico do International Forum on Management - IFM (Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, Portugal). É líder de Grupo de Pesquisa do CNPq, intitulado Estratégia de Inovação, e no âmbito do grupo coordenou projetos de pesquisa financiados pelo CNPq (1-Projeto CNPq Bolsa PQ2 n 309294/2019-3, 2-Projeto CNPq Universal n 422922/2018-8 e 3-Projeto CNPq Ciências Sociais n 471875/2014-7) e pela FAPESP (1-Processo n 2019/20222-4 e 2-Processo n 2006/54755-9). Tem experiência na área de Administração e seus principais temas de pesquisa são: capacidades dinâmicas, capacidade relacional, capacidade absortiva, cooperação empresa-universidade-governo, internacionalização da inovação, ecossistemas empreendedores, redes e rotas tecnológicas. É bolsista produtividade em pesquisa do CNPq. Mãe do Gael, esteve de licença maternidade de 08/2021 até 01/2022.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Nove de Julho, PPGA UNINOVE (rank 6 in the last four-year evaluation by CAPES), and professor of the Master's and Doctorate courses in Business Administration, Line of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business (IEN). Also at UNINOVE, she is a professor of the Graduate Administration course, chairs the Local Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CLAA) of the Tutorial Education Program (PET) and is a member of the Research Ethics Committee. She was Coordinator of the Graduate Course in Administration at UNINOVE, 2010-2014. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of SINGEP CIK, an international event promoted by UNINOVE in partnership with Bentley University (USA). She is editor in chief of the International Journal of Innovation (IJI), associate editor of the Innovation Management Review (IMR), and associate editor of the IEEE Engineering Management Review. She is leader of the Theme of Innovation and Digital Transformation in Emerging Market Organizations of the Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship Academic Division (ITE) of ANPAD. She leads the Socio-Environmental Management and Innovation Theme at EMPRAD (USP). She is part of the scientific committee of the International Forum on Management-IFM (Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, Portugal). He is the leader of the CNPq Research Group, entitled Innovation Strategy, and within the scope of the group he coordinated research projects funded by CNPq (1-Project CNPq Bolsa PQ2 n 309294/2019-3, 2-Project CNPq Universal n 422922/2018- 8 and 3-Project CNPq Social Sciences n 471875/2014-7) and by FAPESP (1-Process n 2019/20222-4 and 2-Process n 2006/54755-9). She has experience in the area of Administration and her main research topics are: dynamic capabilities, relational capacity, absorptive capacity, company-university-government cooperation, internationalization of innovation, entrepreneurial ecosystems, networks and technological routes. She is a CNPq Research Productivity Scholar. Gael's mother, she was on maternity leave from 08/2021 to 01/2022.
