Izabele Marquetti

Izabele Marquetti is a Ph.D. candidate at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. She earned her master's degree at Universidade Tecnologica Federal do Parana, Brazil, in Food Technology with a specialty in Process in the Food Industry, and her bachelor's degree at Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Parana, Brazil, in Chemical Engineering. Her current research includes the use of molecular dynamics simulations for the study of protein-biomaterial interaction.
