I graduated in Forestry (2009), I have obtained my master (2011) and PhD (2015) in Forest Science at Federal University of Viçosa. I did a sandwich PhD (2013) at University of Florida (USA) and was a visiting researcher (2019-2020) at Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands). I am Adjunct Professor at Forestry Department at Federal University of Viçosa. I have experience in Forest Resources and Forest Engineering, with an emphasis on forest management, forest inventory, tropical forest modeling , forest biomass quantification, greenhouse gases inventory and climate change policies.
Possui graduação em Engenharia Florestal (2009), mestrado (2011) e doutorado (2015) em Ciência Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Realizou o doutorado sanduíche (2013) na University of Florida (EUA) e foi pesquisador visitante (2019-2020) na Wageningen University & Research (Países Baixos). Atualmente é Professor Adjunto do Departamento de Engenharia Florestal da Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Tem experiência na área de Recursos Florestais e Engenharia Florestal, com ênfase em em manejo florestal, inventário florestal, modelagem de florestas tropicais, quantificação de biomassa em florestas, inventário de gases de efeito estufa e políticas relacionadas às mudanças climáticas.
