Doctor in Physical Education Faculty of Physical Education, UNICAMP. Master in Food Science from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of USP. Specialist in Nutrition, Exercise and Medicine from the School of Medicine UNESP / Botucatu. Graduated in Physical Education by Physical Education Center and Sports UEL. It is also Graduate and Specialist in Public Management from UTFPR, and MBA in Project Management by CESUMAR. Also has GBA in Sports Management by the Brazilian Olympic Academy / COB. It is currently Dean of Human Resources at the State University of Londrina (UEL). In this University, he held positions of Deputy Director of the Center of Physical Education and Sports (2010-2014) and Member of the Executive Committee of the Foundation for Support to the Development of the State University of Londrina / FAUEL (2010-2014). He was also Member of the Executive Committee of the Network SETI Sports of the State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Higher Education / SETI (2011-2014). It was Fellow of CNPq Research Productivity - Level 2 (2012-2015). Associate Professor of Stricto graduate program Sensu (MD / PhD) in Physical Education UEL / UEM. He published 103 full articles in national and international journals and three book chapters. Since 1997 participated in 24 research projects, the coordinator role in 8 of these. Currently coordinates three research projects funded by Brazilian funding agencies. He guided 4 dissertations, one doctoral thesis, 14 undergraduate research projects, 4 monographs and 21 specialization course conclusion work degree in the fields of Physical Education and Nutrition. It is Group Leader of Study and Research in Neuromuscular System and Exercise (GEPESINE). It operates in the areas of physical education - subjects of research interest: fatigue, integrative technologies and ergogenic resources (nutritional, physiological, biomechanical, psychological and pharmacological) - and Public Management - topics of research interest: strategy and competitiveness (strategic scenarios and competitive , strategic planning and management and management of programs and projects)
Graduado em Educação Física pela UEL e em Gestão Pública pela UniCesumar. Especialista em Nutrição e Exercício pela Faculdade de Medicina da UNESP/Botucatu. Especialista em Gestão Pública pela UTFPR, em Gestão Pública do Esporte pela UEPG e Gestão de Projetos pela UniCesumar. Além disso, tem GBA em Administração Esportiva pela Academia Olímpica Brasileira/COB. Na UEL, ocupou cargos de Pró-Reitor de Recursos Humanos (2014-2018), Vice-Diretor do Centro de Educação Física e Esporte (2010-2014). Foi Bolsista de Produtividade em Pesquisa do CNPq - Nível 2 (2012-2015). Atualmente ocupa o cargo de Diretor do Centro de Educação Física e Esporte da UEL (2018-2022). Docente Associado do Departamento de Educação Física CEFE/UEL e do programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu (Mestrado/Doutorado) em Educação Física e Membro da Sociedade Internacional de Neurociência (USA). Publicou 120 artigos completos em periódicos nacionais e internacionais e 4 capítulos de livros. Publicou ainda 211 trabalhos em congressos científicos nacionais e internacionais e 24 trabalhos completos ou expandidos. Participou de 36 projetos de pesquisa, na função de coordenador em 15 destes. Orientou 6 dissertações de mestrado, 7 teses de doutorado, 18 trabalhos de iniciação científica, 4 monografias de especialização e 23 trabalhos de conclusão de curso de graduação. Atua na área de Educação Física nos temas de interesse: gestão integrada, inovação e tecnologias integrativas no esporte.
