Aldair Alberto Álvarez Díaz

Doutor em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos. Possui graduação em Ingeniería Industrial pela Universidad de Cordoba - Colômbia (2013) e mestrado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2016). Áreas de interesse: Pesquisa operacional aplicada à Logística e à Produção (roteamento de veículos, roteamento de estoques, planejamento da produção), Programação Inteira (geração de colunas, métodos de planos de corte, branch-and-price, branch-and-cut), Métodos híbridos e Metaheurísticas.

PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (Brazil). He also holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cordoba - Colômbia (2013) and a Master's Degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2016). Areas of interest: Operations Research Applied to Logistics and Production Planning (vehicle routing, inventory routing, lot-sizing), Integer Programming (column generation, cutting planes methods, branch-and-price, branch-and-cut), Hybrid methods and Metaheuristics.
