Dulce Buchala Bicca Rodrigues

Adjunct Professor at UFMS/FAENG and co-leader of the Hydrology and Water Security Research Group (registered with CNPq). PhD in Hydraulic Engineering and Sanitation (EESC-University of São Paulo) with thesis related to hydrological modeling and water security funded by FAPESP and CNPq. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, USA, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hoshin V. Gupta. She was awarded the prestigious Young Scientist awards by the DOW Company and the Bunge Foundation. Today she advises master's and doctoral students in the area of ​​Water Security in hydrographic basins in the Graduate Program in Environmental Technologies - PGTA/UFMS. She acts as a reviewer for several high-impact scientific journals, has scientific articles published in international journals and book chapters. Professora Adjunto na UFMS/FAENG e co-líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Hidrologia e Segurança Hídrica (cadastrado no CNPq). Doutora em Engenharia Hidráulica e Saneamento (EESC-Universidade de São Paulo) com tese relacionada à modelagem hidrológica e segurança hídrica financiada pela FAPESP e CNPq. Foi pesquisadora visitante na Universidade do Arizona, Tucson, AZ, EUA, sob supervisão do Prof. Dr. Hoshin V. Gupta. Foi agraciada com as prestigiadas premiações de Jovem Cientista pela Empresa DOW e Fundação Bunge. Hoje orienta alunos de mestrado e doutorado, na área de Segurança Hídrica em bacias hidrográficas no Programa de Pós-graduação em Tecnologias Ambientais - PGTA/UFMS. Atua como revisora de vários periódicos científicos de alto impacto, possui artigos científicos publicados em periódicos internacionais e capítulos de livro.
