Realizou a graduação em Educação Fìsica na UNICAMP entre 2003 e 2006, período em que recebeu uma bolsa de iniciação científica da CNPQ. Em 2007 ingressou no mestrado na área de Ciências do Desporto também na UNICAMP e concluiu o estudo em dezembro de 2009. Em 2010 formou-se como coach na Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching e se especializou na área de desenvolvimento humano e fez a formação internacional de Strengths Coaching pelo Instituto Gallup em 2016.Atuou entre 2011 e 2020 como consultora e sócia da Sentidos Consultoria, sendo responsável por dar treinamentos sobre liderança e desenvolvimento de pessoas e equipes. Cofundou a instituição Saúde e Alegria nos Sertões em 2013, com o propósito de levar acesso à saúde especializada, com atividades de alegria para comunidades carentes do Brasil. Hoje ocupa o cargo de CEO da organização. Liderou também a frente de pesquisa e educação da instituição, tendo artigos publicados sobre os trabalhos científicos da organização. Realizou o curso na Harvard Kennedy School: Leadership for systems change em 2023, programa exclusivo para rede de empreendedores sociais da Schwab Foundation, organização vinculada ao Fórum Econômico Mundial.
Sabine completed her undergraduate studies in Physical Education at UNICAMP between 2003 and 2006, during which she received a scientific initiation scholarship from CNPQ. In 2007, she entered the Master's program in Sports Sciences, also at UNICAMP, and completed her studies in December 2009. In 2010, she became a certified coach with the Brazilian Coaching Society and specialized in the area of human development, also obtaining international certification in Strengths Coaching from the Gallup Institute in 2016.From 2011 to 2020, Sabine worked as a consultant and partner at Sentidos Consultoria, where she was responsible for conducting training sessions on leadership and personal and team development.In 2013, she co-founded the institution "Saúde e Alegria nos Sertões" with the purpose of providing access to specialized healthcare and bringing joyous activities to underserved communities in Brazil. Sabine currently holds the position of CEO in this organization. Additionally, she led the research and education division of the institution, and her scientific work has been published in articles.In 2023, Sabine attended the "Leadership for Systems Change" course at Harvard Kennedy School, an exclusive program for social entrepreneurs affiliated with the Schwab Foundation, an organization linked to the World Economic Forum.
