Norton Nohama

He has a degree in Philosophy from the Federal University of Paraná (1986), specialization and Human Resources and management of public health services and a master's degree in BIOETHICS from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (2019). He is currently a member of the Bioethics and Biotechnology Research Group at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, works in the Ombudsman and Citizen Information Service at the Federal University of Paraná and represents the institution with the coordination of the Paranaense Forum for the Rescue of the Truth, Memory and Justice. He has experience in the field of Administration, with an emphasis on Public Organizations, Human Resources and Hospital Administration, acting mainly on the following themes: public administration, hospital administration, managerial development, university management, military dictatorship and bioethics.

Possui graduação em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (1986) e mestrado em BIOÉTICA pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2019). Atualmente é membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Bioética e Biotecnologia da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, trabalha na Ouvidoria e Serviço de Informação ao Cidadão da Universidade Federal do Paraná e representa a instituição junto a coordenação do Fórum Paranaense de Resgate da Verdade Memória e Justiça.. Tem experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em Organizações Públicas, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: administração pública, desenvolvimento gerencial, administração, ditadura militar e bioética.
