Adam Roth Singerman

BA from Harvard College (2009), MA from the University of Chicago (2014), PhD from the University of Chicago (2018). Singerman's doctoral research was supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Whatcom Museum and the Endangered Language Fund. His dissertation on the morphosyntax of Tuparí was awarded the Mary R Haas Book Award from the Society for the Study of the Indigenous Languages of the Americas. Sua pesquisa de doutorado contou com o apoio da National Science Foundation (NSF), do Endangered Language Fund e do Museu Whatcom. Desde setembro de 2020 é bolsista do programa Documenting Endangered Languages da National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), do governo federal dos EUA. Defendeu sua tese de doutorado, intitulada The morphosyntax of Tuparí, a Tupían language of the Brazilian Amazon em junho de 2018.
