Throughout his scientific career he has sought to expand the existing knowledge of the Leydig cell, sperm maturation in the epididymis, development of the testis and epididymis, and fertility regulation. One of his primary goals is providing data that might tend to support or refute the notion that semen quality is declining in humans.
