Julio Cesar de Oliveira Lopes

Undergraduate in Metallurgical Engineer at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1991) and Graduated in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Air Force Institute of Technology (2012). Nowadays is Major at Brazilian Air Force and Doctoral student at ITA with experience in Steel production, Radiation Protection and Defense.
