Doutora pela COPPE/UFRJ, na área de Engenharia Civil em Sistemas Petrolíferos. Desenvolveu sua pesquisa de doutorado no LRAP (Laboratório de Recuperação Avançada de Petróleo) da COPPE/UFRJ, orientada por Paulo Couto, Amir Raoof (Utrecht University) e Leonardo Borghi (LAGESED/UFRJ), com colaboração e mentoria de Austin Boyd, e dos doutores M. Th. Rien van Genuchten (Utrecht University) e Elizabeth May Pontedeiro (Utrecht University/UFRJ). Bolsista do projeto "ANÁLISE EXPERIMENTAL DA RECUPERAÇÃO DE PETRÓLEO PARA OS CARBONATOS DO PRÉ-SAL DO BRASIL ATRAVÉS DE INJEÇÃO ALTERNADA DE CO2 E ÁGUA" com financiamento Shell, com foco em rochas carbonáticas do Pré sal brasileiro e seus análogos utilizando principalmente técnicas de MICP, RMN e microtomografia de raio-X. . Bacharel em Geologia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2007). Especialista em Geologia de Petróleo e Gás pela Universidade Católica de Petrópolis. Mestre em Geofísica pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (2016) com ênfase em petrofísica de carbonatos. Durante o mestrado, desenvolveu pesquisas no Laboratório para Aplicações da RMN e Petrofísica (UFFLar). Atualmente, é geóloga de reservatórios/petrofísica no LRAP, pesquisando na área de petrofísica digital e modelagem de meios poros. Responsável pelos laboratórios de microtomografia de raio-X e ressonância magnética nuclear no LRAP.
