Danilo Caporalli Barbosa

Architect and Urban Planner, with a master's degree in Built Environment and Sustainable Heritage (ACPS-UFMG) with a dissertation in the area of environmental disasters associated with Norwegian developments in Brazil. MBA in Project Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Researcher at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in the Construction, Supply and Maintenance project of an interactive platform with data from the mining disaster in Brumadinho-MG (2019-2022). Currently a PhD student at the School of Architecture at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (EA-UFMG) within the Postgraduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism (NPGAU), studying Environmentalist experiences in China from the perspective of development, culture and urban and rural planning. He also works as a researcher in the project MAPAS , which aims to develop methodologies to deal with territorial and environmental conflicts along railway lines in Brazil.
Graduado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela UFMG (2016), com graduação sanduíche na Leeds Beckett University (2014-2015).Pós-graduado em Gestão de projetos pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2019). Mestre em Ambiente Construído e Patrimônio Sustentável na UFMG com bolsa CAPES. Atualmente é doutorando em Arquitetura e Urbanismo no NPGAU da UFMG. É pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisas Geopolíticas e Planejamento Territorial da UFMG.
