Exerceu atividade profissional no Sistema Financeiro Nacional ( Bradesco ) por 34 anos (1982/2016), iniciando como Escriturário e finalizando como Gerente Regional no NORTE/Porto Velho (2006), SUDESTE/Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro RJ (2011) e Juiz de Fora MG (2013/2016).
Pós Graduado com MBA FGV ADM-GESTÃO EMPRESARIAL (2003) e MBA FGV ADM-BANKING (2007), cursou Metodologia e Pesquisa em Ensino Superior pela UFBA (Salvador BA - 2005). Mestre em Desenvolvimento e Planejamento Territorial - MDPT PUC GO (Março/2020).
