Marcelo is a PhD student and holds an MSc in Transports from the prestigious University of Brasilia (UNB). He pursued his studies under the Post-Graduation Program in Transportation within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Additionally, Marcelo is an active member of the Research Group "Behavior in Transportation and New Technologies." Marcelo's academic journey includes two graduation's degrees. In 2011, he earned a degree in Urban Transportation from the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG), where he was affiliated with the Department of Urban Transport. In 2006, he completed a graduation's degree in Mathematics at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) through the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME). Notably, Marcelo was involved in a significant research project for the Brazilian Federal Government, which focused on the environmental and technical development of SeaPort facilities. This project was carried out in collaboration with SEP (Special Secretariat of Ports of the Presidency) and ANTAQ (National Waterway Transport Agency).
