Doutora em Gestão no ISEG, sua investigação buscou perceber a influência do uso do LinkedIn nas expetativas de desempenho de carreira. Apresentou artigo em 06/2021 na 14ª ACIEK Conference Sorbonne Virtual Conference com posterior publicação na Journal of Business Research em 05/2022. E em 2023 outro artigo na 4th International Conference in Human Resource Management do ISEG. Apresentou também em 2019 na 2ª Conferência Internacional de GRH em Língua Portuguesa um artigo resultante de sua dissertação de mestrado. Durante o qual, publicou 2 artigos em revistas especializadas. Concluiu o mestrado em Gestão em 2017 pela Universidade FUMEC, e ainda três pós-graduações. Educação Financeira em 2022 no Instituto Soaper, Gestão Empresarial Aplicada em 2010 pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais e em Gestão Estratégica de Recursos Humanos em 2003, pelo Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte. Licenciada em Gestão em 2001 pelo Centro Universitário Una. Atuou durante 15 anos na banca no Brasil e hoje atua com educação financeira, gestão de crédito, análise de conteúdo e investigações académicas.
PhD in Management at ISEG, her research sought to understand the influence of LinkedIn use on career performance expectations. Presented an article on 06/2021 at the 14th ACIEK Conference Sorbonne Virtual Conference with subsequent publication in the Journal of Business Research on 05/2022. He worked for 15 years in banking in Brazil and today works with financial education, credit management, content analysis and academic investigations.
