Alessandro Filla Rosaneli

Post-doctorate obtained in the Graduate Program of the Department of Geography of the Federal University of Paraná (2012), Doctorate (2009), Master's (2001) and Graduation (1996) obtained from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo. He was visiting scholar at the Interdisciplinary PHD Program in Urban Design and Planning at the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Washington - Seattle (2007 - 2008) with a Doctoral Internship scholarship obtained from the Fulbright Commission and Funadesp. University Professor and Coordinator of extension courses in several Faculties of Architecture and Urbanism in Paraná State [PUCPR, UNOPAR, UEL, UNIFIL, UNIPAR, UDC]. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Architecture and Urbanism course and in the Postgraduate Programs in Geography and in Urban Planning, all at the Federal University of Paraná. He is the Coordinator of the Public Space Observatory at UFPR. He is the President of ABAP/BR (2022-2024), where he was Administrative Director (2020-2022). He is a member of the Education and Academic Affairs Commission of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (since 2020). He was State Councilor of the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Paraná (CAU/PR) between 2015 and 2020. He has professional experience in the area of Architecture and Urbanism as an independent professional and in several Public Institutions - City Hall of Arapongas, PR (1997 - 2004) , COHAB/Londrina, PR (2005 - 2006), Department of Planning and Development of the City of Seattle, USA (2008) and City Hall of Rolândia, PR (2009), exercising various attributions. The professional performance has an emphasis in the areas of Landscape Architecture, Urbanism, Urban Design, Urban Planning and Cultural Geography. Interest in research on topics related to public space, landscape, and learning and research in Landscape Architecture field.

É Coordenador do Observatório do Espaço Público da UFPR. É Presidente da ABAP/BR (2022-2024). Foi Diretor Administrativo da ABAP/BR (2020-2022). É membro da Education and Academic Affairs Commission da International Federation of Landscape Architects (desde 2020). Foi Conselheiro Estadual do Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do Paraná (CAU/PR) entre 2015 e 2020. Tem experiência profissional na área de Arquitetura e Urbanismo como profissional autônomo e em diversas Instituições Públicas - Prefeitura Municipal de Arapongas, PR (1997 - 2004), COHAB/Londrina, PR (2005 - 2006), Department of Planning and Development da City of Seattle, EUA (2008) e Prefeitura Municipal de Rolândia, PR (2009), exercendo variadas atribuições. A atuação profissional tem ênfase nas áreas de Arquitetura da Paisagem, Urbanismo, Desenho Urbano, Planejamento Urbano e Geografia Cultural. Interesse em pesquisa sobre temas relacionados ao espaço público, à paisagem e ao ensino e pesquisa no campo da Arquitetura da Paisagem.
