Alfredo de Oliveira Assis

Graduado em Matemática pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), obteve seu Mestrado em Matemática e Doutorado em Engenharia Elétrica e de Computação pela mesma instituição. Durante sua trajetória, atuou como professor visitante na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (PUC GOIÁS) e como professor temporário na UFG, lecionando em cursos de graduação nas áreas de Engenharia, Ciências Econômicas, Física e Ciências Biológicas. Atualmente, é professor no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás (IFG), com dedicação exclusiva, ministrando aulas para os cursos de Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Elétrica e Engenharia de Produção. Possui produção bibliográfica com enfoque na análise de quantificação de recorrência em sinais de postura e marcha humana, além de aplicações de modelos matemáticos e estatísticos nas Engenharias.

Graduated in Mathematics from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), he obtained his Master's degree in Mathematics and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution. Throughout his career, he worked as a visiting professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC GOIÁS) and as a temporary professor at UFG, teaching undergraduate courses in the fields of Engineering, Economics, Physics, and Biological Sciences. He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Goiás (IFG), with an exclusive dedication, teaching classes for Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Production Engineering courses. He has a bibliographic production focused on the analysis of recurrence quantification in human posture and gait signals, as well as applications of mathematical and statistical models in Engineering.
