He is a member of the Study Group on Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation - GEDOTT at UNIFESP. He is a research member of the UNDP/BRA/10/008 Project - COMMUNICATION PLAN FOR THE SURVEILLANCE PROCESS OF THE USE OF HUMAN ORGANS, TISSUES AND CELLS FOR TRANSPLANTATION IN BRAZIL (This is the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Brazil and Ministry of Health, ANVISA). He is a researcher member of the Study and Research Group in Nursing Care - GEPECEN - UNISINOS. He worked in the assistance and administrative area in hospital institutions for 12 years. Coordinated the Undergraduate Nursing Course at Centro Universitário Metodista IPA (2016). She worked as Graduation Coordinator/Pro-Dean of Graduation at Centro Universitário Metodista IPA from (Feb 2017 to Feb 2020). He was a member of the University Council (CONSUN) of the IPA (2017-2019). He was President of the Teaching Chamber (IPA) from (Feb 2017 to Feb 2020). She served as Secretary General of ABEn-RS (2016-2019 administration). She is a professor and coordinator of the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Nursing at UNISINOS. She is a professor at the Nursing Graduate Program at UNISINOS. She is a member of the Nursing Department of ABTO (Brazilian Association of Organ Transplantation). Associate member of the Brazilian Society of Nursing in Surgical Center, Post-Anesthetic Recovery Room and Materials Center (SOBECC). Member of the Editorial Board of SOBECC. Member of The Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) (since 2018). She has experience in the area of ​​Nursing, Perioperative Nursing, Donation and Transplantation and in the area of ​​Education.

Foi membro do Conselho Universitário (CONSUN) do IPA (2017-2019).Foi Presidente da Câmara de Ensino (IPA) no período de (fev 2017 à fev de 2020). Atuou como Secretária Geral da ABEn-RS (gestão 2016-2019). Atualmente docente permanente e Coordenadora do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Enfermagem da UNISINOS. É docente na Graduação em Enfermagem da UNISINOS. É membro do Grupo de Estudos em Doação e Transplante de Órgãos e Tecidos - GEDOTT da UNIFESP. É membro pesquisador do Projeto PNUD/BRA/10/008 - PLANO DE COMUNICAÇÃO DO PROCESSO DE VIGILÂNCIA DO USO DOS ÓRGÃOS, TECIDOS E CÉLULAS HUMANAS PARA TRANSPLANTE NO BRASIL (Trata-se de Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento (PNUD) no Brasil e Ministério da Saúde, ANVISA). É membro pesquisador desde 2022, e atualmente líder do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa no Cuidado em Enfermagem - GEPECEN - UNISINOS. É membro do Departamento de Enfermagem da ABTO (Associação Brasileira de Transplante de Órgãos). Membro associado da Sociedade Brasileira de Enfermagem em Centro Cirúrgico, Sala de Recuperação Pós-Anestésica e Centro de Materiais (SOBECC). Membro do Conselho Editorial da SOBECC. Membro da Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) (desde 2018). Tem experiência na área da Enfermagem, Enfermagem Perioperatória, Doação e Transplante.
