Sunny Karelly Silva de Freitas

Graduated in Chemistry Degree (2012) from the Federal Institute of Ceará. Master in Chemistry (2016) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). She got a PhD in Chemistry at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2020), also under the guidance of Professor Pierre Mothé Esteves, PhD. She has experience in Materials Chemistry, focusing on synthesis of nanostructured porous materials (Covalent Organic Frameworks, Ionic Covalent Organic Nanosheets, Covalen Organic Nanosheets, SBA-15), as well as design, characterization, and applications of these materials. Currently, she is a posdoctoral fellow (FCT-NOVA, Lisbon).

Possui graduação em Licenciatura em Química (2012) pelo Instituto Federal do Ceará. Mestre em Química (2016) pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) e doutora em Química pela mesma Universidade, sob orientação do Prof. Dr. Pierre Mothé Esteves. Tem experiência em Química de Materiais, com ênfase em síntese de materiais porosos nanoestruturados (Covalent Organic Frameworks, Ionic Covalent Organic Nanosheets, Covalent Organic Nanosheets, SBA-15), como também design, caracterização e aplicações desses materiais. Atualmente faz pós-doutorado na NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT-NOVA), Lisboa (2021-20220, num projeto CAPES/FCT.
