Bacharel em Design Industrial pela Universidade do Vale do Itajai UNIVALI (2011) e Mestrado em Gestão Estratégica em Engenharia de Software pela Universidade Miguel de Cervantes através da FUNIBER (2014). Atualmente em frente a empresa SOLUFRIGO foi responsável pela iniciativa de implementar metodologia de manufatura enxuta na fábrica que por consequência teve resultados significativos com o aumento da produtividade e atualmente trabalhando com pesquisa e desenvolvimento na gestão enxuta de pequenas e medias empresas industriais com o objetivo de sustentar as mudanças enxutas implementadas.
