Fabiane Barchiki

Graduada em Biologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR) (2005). Possui aperfeiçoamento em Biologia Celular e Tecidual pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2007). Mestre e doutora em Ciências da Saúde na área de Engenharia e Transplante Celular pela PUCPR (2013/2019). Foi bolsista-técnico do CNPq, lecionou Ciências e biologia para o ensino fundamental e médio. Atua em pesquisas com células-tronco in vitro e in vivo na PUCPR desde 2006. Tem experiência no isolamento e cultivo celular (2D e 3D) com boas práticas de fabricação, processamento e análise histológica, rastreamento in vivo de células bioluminecentes, análise de biomateriais (polímeros, titânio, membrana biológica) e manipulação de cobaias (rato e camundongo).

Graduated in Biology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR) (2005). She has a degree in Cell and Tissue Biology from the Federal University of Paraná (2007). Master and PhD in Health Sciences in the area of Engineering and Cell Transplantation by PUCPR (2013/2019). He was a technical fellow at CNPq, taught Science and Biology for elementary and high school. He works in in vitro and in vivo stem cell research at PUCPR since 2006. He has experience in cell isolation and cultivation (2D and 3D), histological processing and analysis, in vivo tracking of bioluminescent cells, analysis of biomaterials (polymers, titanium, biological membrane) and manipulation of rat and mouse.
