Valéria Nogueira Diniz

Encontra-se, desde de agosto de 2022, lotada no gabinete da Subsecretaria de Planejamento Urbano - SUPLAN, vinculada à Secretaria Municipal de Política Urbana - SMPU, da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte - PBH, como arquiteta. Integrou a equipe da Diretoria de Gestão de Políticas Urbanas - DGPU, até julho / 2022. Foi Conselheira suplente do Conselho Municipal de Cultural - COMUC, biênio 2018-2020 pela SUPLAN, reconduzida para o biênio 2020-2022. Graduada em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Escola de Arquitetura da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais - UFMG, mestre em Estudos de Linguagens pelo Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais - CEFET-MG, especialista em História da Arte Contemporânea e também em Gestão de Empreendimentos em Arquitetura e Construção, ambos pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais - PUC-MG. Por 14 anos, participou de diversos projetos, como autônoma, abrangendo a arquitetura industrial, hospitalar, institucional e residencial, assim como projetos de interiores e paisagismo, compreendendo fases distintas de projeto: legal, executivo e detalhamento, com acompanhamento das obras. Em 2007, ingressou na PBH, trabalhando com a política de patrimônio cultural, participando também de projetos de educação para o patrimônio, da assessoria ao Conselho Deliberativo do Patrimônio Cultural - CDPCM-BH e da gestão de instrumentos da política urbana (TDC - Transferência do Direito de Construir). Em relação ao legado artístico do município de Belo Horizonte, sua contribuição efetivou-se na proteção da escultura de Amilcar de Castro, do Palácio da Inconfidência e do Conjunto de Murais da artista plástica Yara Tupinambá. Na SMAPU, participou da revisão do diagnóstico do eixo territorial, aspectos culturais e simbólicos, dos Planos Diretores Regionais e da IV Conferência Municipal de Política Urbana, na elaboração das propostas e discussões com os delegados do eixo cultural, Áreas de Diretrizes Especiais - ADEs que resultou no novo Plano Diretor de Belo Horizonte (projeto de lei - PL 1749/2015 aprovado pela Câmara Municipal - Lei Nº 11.181/2019).

She is alternate member of the Municipal Council of Culture - COMUC, biennium 2018-2020 by SUPLAN, reappointed for the biennium 2020-2022. Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the School of Architecture of the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG, master in Language Studies from the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais - CEFET-MG, specialist in Contemporary Art History, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas General - PUC-MG. Architect of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte - PBH, she has worked at the Sub-Secretariat for Urban Planning - SUPLAN, former Municipal Secretariat for Urban Planning - SMAPU. For 14 years, he participated in several projects, as an autonomous, covering industrial, hospital, institutional and residential architecture, as well as interior and landscaping projects, comprising different phases of design: legal, executive and detailing, with monitoring of the works. In 2007, he joined PBH, working with the cultural heritage policy, also participating in heritage education projects, advising the Cultural Heritage Deliberative Council - CDPCM-BH and managing urban policy instruments (TDC - Transfer of Right to Build). In relation to the artistic legacy of the city of Belo Horizonte, his contribution was made effective in protecting the sculpture by Amilcar de Castro, the Palace of Inconfidência and the Set of Murals by the artist Yara Tupinambá. At SMAPU, he participated in the review of the diagnosis of the territorial axis, cultural and symbolic aspects, of the Regional Master Plans and of the IV Municipal Conference on Urban Policy, in the preparation of the proposals and presented with the delegates of the cultural axis, Areas of Special Guidelines - ADEs that resulted in the new Belo Horizonte Master Plan (bill - PL 1749/2015 approved by the City Council - Law No. 11,181 / 2019).
