Graduada em Química (Bacharelado e Licenciatura) pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar), possui mestrado em Química Orgânica (Produtos Naturais) pela mesma universidade e doutorado em Química pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Fez doutorado sanduíche no ?Mass Spectrometry Research Center?, na Vanderbilt University, em Nashville - USA.
Sua principal linha de pesquisa é focada na área de Metabolômica de Plantas e Microrganismos utilizando Espectrometria de Massas (targeted e untargeted) para aplicações em biotecnologia em (agro)industria, no conceito de bioeconomia, Imaging Mass Spectrometry de Microrganismos e Plantas e Bioprospecção de Compostos Bioativos e de Alto valor agregado de diferentes matrizes, como resíduos, subprodutos e biomassa. Foi pesquisadora visitante no Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung em Leipzig - Alemanha (2022).
Desde 2022, está cursando o MBA: Gestão da Inovação e Capacidade Tecnológica da Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Atuou como consultora técnica no Centro de Pesquisas e Desenvolvimento (CENPES) da PETROBRAS. Atualmente faz parte do quadro de empregados da EMBRAPA Agroenergia no cargo de pesquisadora A. E atua como docente no Programa de Pós-Graduação no Instituto de Química da Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG).
Tem larga experiência em cargos de gestão. Atuou como Coordenadora da Unidade EMBRAPII- Embrapa Agroenergia Bioquímica e Química de Renováveis: Microrganismos e Enzimas (2017-2023), e, no momento, faz parte do Comitê Gestor da U. EMBRAPII, como Coordenadora de Planejamento e Negócios com foco na Política de Negócios Tecnológicos e Inovação da Embrapa.
Desde 2020, é Chefe-Adjunta de Transferência de Tecnologia da Embrapa Agroenergia, atuando na Gestão de Inovação e Negócios. Na sua atual gestão, coordena os Setores de Prospecção e Avaliação de Tecnologias, Setor de Comunicação e Marketing, Setor de Implementação da Programação da Transferência da Tecnologia, além de ser Presidente do Comitê Local de Inovação, Presidente do Comitê Local de Publicações e Membro-nato do Comitê Técnico Interno da Embrapa Agroenergia. Possui experiência em liderança de equipes, gestão de pessoas, gestão de processos, gestão financeira e articulação com entes governamentais e internacionais, como instituições e delegações e outros países.
Graduated in Chemistry (Bachelor's Degree) from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), holds a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry (Natural Products) from the same university and a PhD in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). She did a sandwich doctorate at the ?Mass Spectrometry Research Center?, at Vanderbilt University, in Nashville - USA.
Her main area of research is focused on the area of Metabolomics of Plants and Microorganisms using Mass Spectrometry (targeted and untargeted) for applications in biotechnology in (agro)industry, in the concept of bioeconomy, Imaging Mass Spectrometry of Microorganisms and Plants and Bioprospecting of Compounds Bioactive and with high added value from different matrices, such as waste, by-products and biomass. She was a visiting researcher at the Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung in Leipzig - Germany (2022).
Since 2022, she has been studying the MBA: Management of Innovation and Technological Capacity at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Worked as a technical consultant at the Research and Development Center (CENPES) of PETROBRAS.
Currently, she is part of the staff of EMBRAPA Agroenergia in the position of researcher A. And she works as a professor in the Graduate Program at the Institute of Chemistry at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG).
He has extensive experience in management positions. She served as Coordinator of the EMBRAPII-Embrapa Agroenergia Biochemistry and Renewables Chemistry Unit: Microorganisms and Enzymes (2017-2023), and is currently part of the Management Committee of the U. EMBRAPII, as Planning and Business Coordinator with a focus on the Health Policy Technological Business and Innovation at Embrapa.
Since 2020, she has been Deputy Head of Technology Transfer at Embrapa Agroenergia, working in Innovation and Business Management. In her current management, she coordinates the Technologies Prospecting and Assessment Sectors, Communication and Marketing Sector, Technology Transfer Programming Implementation Sector, in addition to being President of the Local Innovation Committee, President of the Local Publications Committee and Member- member of the Internal Technical Committee of Embrapa Agroenergia. She has experience in team leadership, people management, process management, financial management and articulation with governmental and international entities, such as institutions and delegations and other countries.
